Meals on Wheels Santa Ynez Valley Community Outreach’s largest program, Meals on Wheels, is a proud member of the national Meals on Wheels America network. Every weekday, our dedicated staff and volunteers deliver more than 400 hot, nutritious meals to seniors—including many veterans—helping them maintain their independence and dignity at home for as long as possible. For many of our recipients, Meals on Wheels is more than just a meal. It’s a lifeline. In a time when: Two out of three older adults with daily challenges receive little or no in-home care, and Half of seniors living alone struggle to afford basic necessities, we step in—not just with food, but with connection, safety checks, and peace of mind.
