Noah Dehli

Dearest, is a new original play written by Noah Dehli and devised and performed collaboratively by Andrew Alvarez-Cooper, Noah Dehli, and Ada Green (who refer to themselves collectively as 'The Gang'). The trio began developing the piece over a year prior through an improvisational, devised-theatre process, blending Victorian-era themes with modern sensibilities. The production explores class, sexuality, obligation, and family dysfunction, and was performed as a world premiere with support from a stage manager, Theodore Wilson. The group appears to be an informal, ad hoc creative collective rather than an established company, formed by young theatre artists connected through Santa Barbara's Lights Up! Theatre Company and various college theatre programs.
