1st Thursday Art Walk

1st Thursday is more than an art walk; it's a monthly tradition that brings the spirit of Santa Barbara to life. From historic galleries to hidden courtyards, participating venues open their doors for a free evening of visual and performing arts, featuring gallery openings and artist receptions, live music and performances, and wine tastings and hands-on activities. Dozens of downtown venues participate each month, including Gallery Josephine, Sullivan Goss, Santa Barbara Museum of Art, SBIFF Film Center, Santa Barbara Historical Museum, and many others, each hosting their own exhibits, demonstrations, and entertainment.
