Founded in 1976, Friendship Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing compassionate care and support to adults living with dementia and related conditions. Our beautiful location in Montecito, near Santa Barbara on the California Central Coast, offers a peaceful and serene environment for our members to connect, relax, and enjoy year-round outdoor activities in our sun-filled patio and butterfly garden, nature walks, and beach outings.
