Join local favorites Aziz of Santa Barbara Beach Yoga and Danielle Elese of Foxy Sage Sound Healing for a special after-hours community experience at the 2026 Santa Barbara International Orchid Show.

Immerse yourself in the floral atmosphere surrounded by rare orchids from around the world. The evening begins with a peaceful yet invigorating all-levels yoga flow and transitions into a deeply restorative sound bath meditation. The experience concludes with tea and a self-guided stroll through the serene orchid displays.

Yoga Experience

Enjoy a 45-minute all-levels Vinyasa flow designed to harmonize body, breath, and soul. Participants can expect a moving meditation, restorative poses, and a blissful Savasana.

Music and voice instruction are delivered through signature yoga headsets, allowing you to adjust the volume to your preference so you never miss a cue. Headsets will be removed before the Sound Bath begins.

Beginner-friendly. Some previous yoga experience recommended. All levels welcome.

Sound Bath Experience

Following yoga, Danielle will guide participants inward through a soothing sonic meditation.

During the Sound Bath, guests will be enveloped in harmonic singing bowls, enchanting vocals, and meditative instruments. As you relax and release tension, you may experience a sense of deep peace and connection to the natural world around you. The vibrant orchids enhance the ambiance, creating a transformative and rejuvenating experience for body and mind.

After the Event

Guests are invited to enjoy a warm cup of tea and explore the orchid displays at their own pace in a peaceful, after-hours setting.

$50 – Entry including yoga mat rental

Guests who need a mat should select the ticket tier that includes the $5 yoga mat rental.

All tickets include a $5 off promotional code to return to the Orchid Show during the weekend. The promo code will be emailed to attendees.

What to Bring

Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and any props you prefer, such as a yoga block.

Doors open at 6:00 PM. Please arrive at least five minutes before the event start time to allow time for check-in and setup.

Instructor Bios

Danielle Elese, RMT, CSHT, is an alternative healing practitioner specializing in Sound Healing Therapy. Through her musical work, she uses various instruments and vocal toning to create healing soundscapes while facilitating energetic healing and guiding listeners on a transformational journey through meditation.

Azizull Kaur (RYT-200, Yoga Alliance Certified) is inspired by the healing traditions of India. She approaches teaching with the intention of helping individuals achieve balance according to their unique compositions. With experience in behavioral psychology, Ayurveda, and yoga, she supports students in cultivating focus, balance, and strength in both body and mind.

About the Santa Barbara International Orchid Show

The Santa Barbara International Orchid Show is celebrating its 78th year. It is one of the oldest, largest, and most prestigious orchid shows in the United States, reflecting Santa Barbara County’s rich agricultural and orchid-growing history dating back to the early 1900s.

The show features orchid art, photography, floral arrangements, and workshops and demonstrations that provide visitors with a rich and unique orchid experience. The event traces its origins to a 1945 flower show organized by the Santa Barbara Horticultural Society at the Montecito Grange Hall.
